A 3-room, non-standard flat with a mezzanine located in Parzniew near/Pruszków on the Twój Parzniew - Miasto Ogród II estate. The flat is located on the top level of a 5-storey building with a lift. The area in the Land and Mortgage Register is 75 m2, but the flat was extended by two functional mezzanine floors, thanks to which we can use approx. 80 m2.

There are several kindergartens and a primary school in Pruszków nearby. In 25 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Warsaw, and in 15 minutes walk to the railway station Parzniew.
