The rental price of the serviced office includes not only the rental of the equipped office itself, but also:

- A plaque with the company name in front of the office,
- possibility of placing a coffee table in the office,
- access to the fitness area,
- 24-hour access to the office,
- access to office infrastructure, i.e. printer (additional fee), scanner, fax,
- daily cleaning of the office,
-counter charges, heating, air conditioning,
-access to the Internet via cable and WiFi,
-use of the in-house cafeteria,
-reception service from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m,
-hourly package of conference rooms included in the price
-access to audiovisual equipment,
-guest service during meetings in the conference rooms (coffee service).

In addition, as part of the office rental in the office building, we offer free access to the fitness area on the 14th floor of the office building.

Costs:
- PLN 8000 net
- parking in the office building -1000 PLN net.
- parking outside the office building - from 350 PLN net.
- parking for guests - free of charge (the number of parking spaces is limited).
